Jean Chretien/Queen Elizabeth II hoax phone call

This is a prank-call from 1995, between a pranker pretending to be Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien and the real Queen of England, that was supposed to be purely entertaining, but inadvertently showed how REAL POLITICS are conducted at the very highest levels.  When aske by the pranker to go on Canadian television to address the issue, she IMMEDIATELY switches to another phone and asks a Robert, "Robert!  He does want me to do exactly what you think--go on Candadian television; WHAT SHOULD I SAY?"  The "Robert" turns-out to be Baron Robert Fellowes, the Queen's Private-Secretary, and one of the most powerful bankers in the nation.  "The Wadesdon Trust’s board of trustees is chaired by the Queen”s former Private Secretary Lord Fellowes and has three Rothschild family members as trustees, Lord (Jacob) Rothschild, Lady Rothschild (his wife) and Beth Matilda Rothschild. It is domiciled 14 St James’s Place in London which is also the London address of Lord Jacob Rothschild and his high profile wealth management business St. James’s Place Group (formerly J. Rothschild Assurance Group)."
