Robert Faurisson and the "QPC": Will France abolish the "holocaust-denial-law"?

Interview of Prof. Robert Faurisson before his trial at the XVII. criminal chamber of Paris on 20th February 2014. Faurisson had to appear because of his speech held at the Holocaust Conference in Tehran in December 2006. But the XVII. criminal chamber postponed the trial as it wanted first to decide if it would follow on a "QPC"-procedure (application for a priority preliminary ruling on the issue of constitutionality) in another different recent case (against the journal Rivarol) and so possibly cancel the whole trial against Faurisson if the supreme court, the Court Constitutionnel, were to rule that the "Fabius-Gayssot act"/the "holocaust-denial law" was unconstitutional.
